TEAM-BUILDING and SOFT SKILLS
I offer support in creating and developing team-building events based on art and creativity. Specifically, I organize artistic group-work to develop social relations. At the same time, I work in the field of game-based learning, by using boardgames to enhance group dynamics.
Apart from event creation, I adopt my competences as a neuroscientist to develop debriefing sessions, in which behavioral, social and cognitive implications emerging from artistic and game-based engagement are transferred on job dynamics to develop soft-skills.
